On the first and third Tuesdays, we meet at The Coimbatore Club, a heritage site situated in the heart of the city.
On the second, fourth and fifth Tuesdays, we meet at The Seyon Plaza, a modern multi utility hotel located in the serene suburban space of the city.

ROTARY DOWNTOWN LEAGUE (RDL) is a tennis ball cricket sixes league organized by the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Downtown among its members. The league is organized in a very professional manner and enjoys one of the best patronization of our Rotarians. With the caption "A league for our own, A league of our own", the two editions of Rotary Downtown League were well received. The club members are divided into four teams namely Kabana Krackers, Cape Cobras, Rotary Downtown Tigers and Manchester Slons. Except for the team owner and the captain, all other players are sold out in an auction. On the completion of the league, there is RDL success meet which is hosted by the winning team. RDL has brought in lot of bonhomie and also honed the sporting skills of our Rotarians. The league was started in 2014-15 and was conducted in 2015-16. Rtn.C.R.V.Sreenath is the Chairman of RDL. BUILD THE BUILDERS is a three day vocational training programme offered to under graduate civil engineering students to enhance their practical knowledge. The training is offered at our Vocational Training Centre at M/s Godwin Constructions, Coimbatore. A batch of six to eight civil engineering students from an engineering college are selected for practical training over a period of three days. The students are taught a very important aspect for upcoming engineers namely reading building plans and deducing field errors. The training programme is offered by a group of qualified engineers under the leadership of Rtn.Godwin. On successful completion of the training programme, certification is provided to the participants. This training was started in the year 2012-13 and so far 64 students in 10 batches have undergone training under this programme. Rtn.Godwin Maria Visuvasam is the Chairman of the programme.
GURUVANDANAM is the teacher recognition programme of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Downtown. The programme is devoted to recognizing great teachers on the National Teachers Day (September 05) or the International Teachers Day (October 05). The programme was started during 2013-14 where 150 teachers were felicitated in a grand ceremony. In the next year, the programme was held in a school where the awardees (teachers) were primarily of the same school. Rtn.Arun Kumar will be the Chairman of Guruvandanam.
In the year 2015-16, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Downtown had created a forum iRISE to honour Women Entrepreneurs who have risen for themselves and for the society. This programme is conducted in association with Coimbatore based NGO Believe Us. This event is planned on Womens Day every year. Rtn.Dr.Krishnananda is the Chairman for this programme.
